Typical duties
Gather, cross-check and synthesise information to inform the decisions of the constitutional authorities.
Expected qualifications
Higher education degree (4–5 years) in international relations, political science, economics or a related field.
Sought-after skills
Writing rigour, ability to synthesise, capacity to work under deadline, discretion.

Linguist

Typical duties
Translate, interpret and analyse content in one or more foreign or national languages.
Expected qualifications
Higher education degree in languages, translation or interpreting. Command of at least one foreign language, written and spoken.
Sought-after skills
Terminological precision, general knowledge, confidentiality.

Information systems engineer

Typical duties
Design, operate and secure the institution's IT infrastructure and applications.
Expected qualifications
Engineering degree or master's in computer science, networks or cybersecurity.
Sought-after skills
System and network administration, information security, ability to document one's work.

Legal officer

Typical duties
Ensure the institution's action complies with the legal and regulatory framework in force.
Expected qualifications
Higher education degree in public law or business law (4–5 years).
Sought-after skills
Command of administrative law, analytical rigour, writing ability.
